⚙️ Setup & Configuration

How do I install the widget? +

Go to your Profit Saver dashboard → Install Widget. The system installs a Shopify ScriptTag automatically. Hard-refresh your storefront to see it.

Can I run multiple campaigns? +

You can have multiple campaigns but only one active at a time. Deactivate the current campaign and activate a new one from the dashboard.

How do I edit the budget cap? +

Go to Dashboard → Settings. Update the Budget Cap field and save. The new cap takes effect immediately.

🪙 Vouchers & Coins

Why didn't a customer receive a voucher? +

Check that: (1) the campaign is active, (2) the budget cap has not been reached, (3) the queue worker is running (php artisan queue:work).

Can a customer use multiple vouchers? +

Yes. Vouchers stack up to a combined maximum of 20% total discount per order.

Do vouchers expire? +

Vouchers expire 90 days after issue by default. You can configure this in the campaign settings.

🔐 Privacy & GDPR

What data do you store about customers? +

We store the Shopify customer ID, customer email (if available), voucher details, and order reference. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I request data deletion? +

Shopify automatically sends a shop/redact webhook when you uninstall the app. All data is permanently deleted within 48 hours.
