📦 Installation Guide

Up and running in 5 minutes

Follow these steps to install, configure, and launch your loyalty program.

1 Step 1: Install the App

Visit the Shopify App Store

Search for Profit Saver in the Shopify App Store.

Click "Install"

Click the "Install" button to start the authorization process.

Authorize the App

Review the permissions and click "Install App" to grant access to your store.

📋 Permissions Required

  • Manage orders & customers
  • Write discount codes & price rules
  • Access store settings for theme setup

2 Step 2: Set Up Your Program

Select Your Plan

Choose a plan that fits your volume. All plans include a 14-day free trial.

Initialize Default Campaign

Click "Activate Campaign" to let Profit Saver start tracking orders and issuing rewards automatically.

💡 Note

Only orders placed after activation will be tracked for loyalty coins.

Verify Data Sync

Our system registers webhooks instantly. You'll see "Connected" status on your dashboard.

3 Step 3: Customize Your 7 Tiers

Navigate to Settings

Head over to the Settings tab in your Tier Loyalty dashboard.

Set Rarity & Values

Define the probability and discount percentage for each of the 7 Mystery Tiers.

Add Custom Labels

Give each tier a unique name (e.g., "Silver Spark", "Diamond Legend") to match your brand's voice.

Pro Tip: Create Scarcity

Try making your top tier (1% or 5% rarity) have a significantly higher discount value to drive excitement and repeated orders!

4 Step 4: Add to Your Storefront

Open Theme Editor

Click the "Go to Theme Editor" button on your dashboard or navigate to Online Store > Themes > Customize.

Enable App Embed

On the left sidebar, click the App Embeds icon. Toggle "Tier Loyalty" to ON.

⚠️ Important

Don't forget to click the Save button in the top right corner of the Shopify theme editor!

Done & Live!

The loyalty wallet is now active on your customer account and cart pages.

5 Step 5: Test Your Setup

Log in as a Customer

Create or log in to a customer account on your storefront.

Check Your Wallet

Navigate to the account page or add an item to the cart. You should see the Tier Loyalty widget.

✓ What You Should See:

  • Floating loyalty badge or inline widget
  • Your current mystery coins (if any)
  • The option to flip coins and reveal vouchers
  • Redemption history & expiry dates

🔧 Troubleshooting

Widget not updating?

  • Ensure "App Embed" is toggled ON in Shopify Theme Editor.
  • Clear your browser cache and refresh the storefront.
  • Verify the app is installed and authorized.

Coins not issuing?

  • Check if your Campaign is active on the Dashboard.
  • Verify your budget cap hasn't been reached.
  • Wait up to 1 minute for Shopify webhooks to process.
